You may return an item within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn — in the same condition that you received it
• Unwashed — not laundered, ironed, or steamed
• All original tags intact — tags must be attached and not removed
• Original packaging — returned in the original packaging / dust bag
• Proof of purchase — order confirmation email or invoice

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery through any of the following:

Our team will confirm your return request within 24 business hours and arrange a pickup from your provided address. You do not need to visit any store or drop-off point.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Bank Transfer / Card: Refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Refunded within 3–5 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer (account details required)
• Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return approval — valid for 90 days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
• Specify the size or colour you want to exchange for
• We will confirm availability and arrange pickup and delivery

If the desired size or style is not available, we will issue a full store credit. Exchange shipping is covered by Sadi Studio for the first exchange per order.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
• Innerwear, undergarments, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Gift cards and store credits (non-refundable but transferable)
• Customised or made-to-order items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

In such cases, Sadi Studio will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer. We take quality seriously and apologise sincerely for any inconvenience.
